(Weekly All-Ages Classes)

We are a professional company with over 25 adults and tons of 18+ dance friends in the area, searching for a place to train and not feel like a sore thumb. Often, Zumba or barre classes are our only options. Or we feel like a grown-up in a land of sweet teens.

Whether a maturely-minded teen, a college student who hasn't found a dance outlet, or a full grown gorgeous granny: We want to make a space in Fredericksburg where ALL Adults feel not just welcome, but catered to and comfortable.

Drop-In = $15/class (pay online or at the door)

New Student (30-days of unlimited classes) = $60

These classes serve as a pilot-program for class offerings in the fall. Depending on interest and success of each class, discounted monthly memberships will become available at the end of summer.

Leaps & Turns Technique (6:30 PM - 7:30 PM)

For those intimated by across the floor, this class will help you learn how to properly pirouette at center and face grande allegro with confidence. A great opportunity for experienced dancers to practice and improve technique in a safe environment.

Jazz (7:30 PM - 8:30 PM)

For fans of Fosse and Luigi, or those who live for dance numbers with high-energy and personality, this class is for you. Little to no experience required to have fun and learn sassy choreography with friends.

This is safe space ballet: open to anyone who wants to review, relearn, and rethink their love of ballet in an encouraging environment. No tights or leotards required. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident.

This class focuses on strength, elongating muscles, and preventing injury through exercises targeting dance-specific muscle groups. Even if you are not a dancer, this class can benefit you!

Choreography Workshop (7:30 - 8:30 PM)

Learn different combinations of different styles each week as our choreographers test out new works for future performances and shows.

Contemporary (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM)

For those who care more about the emotion and story of a dance than turns or tricks. Explore different themes and narratives each week and create new shapes and movements through innovative choreography.

This class is designed for experienced and novice tappers who want to practice challenging rhythms and steps, as well as learn new combinations. Tap shoes recommended but not required.
